The Zillertal Arena starts at the door – one of the nicest entries in Hochkrimml.

Season is usually mid-December to after Easter, depending on snow. Skiing, snowboarding, winter hiking, cross-country. The winter path starts at the house.

Tobogganing on prepared runs, good for families. Rental, school and service in Hochkrimml and Gerlos.
Ski area

Durlassboden reservoir near Gerlos: warm water, mountain backdrop, lawn. Swim, SUP, kayak, pedal boat.

The Krimml Waterfalls are a few minutes by car.

An easy walk to Gletscherblickalm, with a petting zoo for kids. Longer up: Gerlos glacier.
